Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park and Motel is located 4.5 kilometres from Nelson city centre and adjacent to the long white sands of Tāhunanui Beach. It covers 54 acres of parkland that has been available to holidaymakers to enjoy for more than nine decades .

Today Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park offers accommodation that suits every holidaymaker and traveler’s budget – from unpowered campsites and cosy cabins to modern, fully self-contained motel units.

The Holiday Park’s location gives you direct access to the beach, playing fields and local beachside attractions.

On-site there are several recreation areas, including beach volleyball, basketball and petanque courts, several playgrounds, an 18 hole mini golf course, pedal karts, a mega bouncing pillow, flying fox and an outdoor amphitheatre for live music and other events.

Dogs (and other pets) are welcome at the Holiday Park in a designated camping zone 1 February - 30 November each year.

The Deck Cafe, located next to Reception is open to the public as well as guests serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and great coffee, as well as selling all the basic daily products you might need. The cafe is dog friendly.

Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park also has its very own multi-room function centre for corporate and community functions as well as weddings and private parties operated by award-winning catering and event specialists, Gourmet Catering.
