Nelson Convention Bureau will help you set the scene for your conference, meeting, incentive or event and ensure your objectives are met.
We'll help you find a suitable venue and introduce you to experienced audiovisual suppliers, accommodation providers, activity options and virtually anyone else you need to talk to. In addition to that, we can help with;
- Customised regional proposals - tell us when, what, how many people and for how long and we'll prepare a proposal on where you can be hosted and who can look after your needs.
- Delegate information packs containing a selection of activity ideas to help your guests plan spare time or a return holiday. Also available as a PDF for emailing to your delegates pre-event.
- Destination images and film for the promotion of your conference or to boost delegate numbers.
- Welcome message for your delegates at Nelson Airport.
- Nelson Mail will provide free newspapers for all conference delegates.
