Conditions of Service

For reservations to be confirmed full payment will be required. Documentation will be issued to you by fax or post. Administration fees may apply depending on what you book.
All services booked and ticketed by the Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre are subject to the regulations, conditions and bylaws imposed on, and by, the operators concerned.

Cancellations

Should it be necessary to amend or cancel reservations please advise the operator without delay. Cancellation fees may apply.

Refunds

A Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre 10% administration fees may apply for cancelled services.
Operators can also charge administration and penalty fees for no-shows, cancelled and amended services.
The Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre should process refund requests.
Tickets are to be presented to the Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre to receive eligible refunds (phone refunds to credit cards are possible).
